1. Services Provided
Eileen Coaching provides health and life coaching services focused on supporting individuals newly diagnosed with diabetes. Our programs include individual and group coaching sessions delivered via phone or video call.
2. Medical Disclaimer
This coaching program does not replace medical advice or treatment. Coach Eileen is not a licensed medical provider, and nothing on this website or provided during coaching sessions should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, medication, or lifestyle.
3. Payment Terms
Program fees are due as outlined at the time of enrollment, either in full or via our two-installment payment plan. All payments are final and non-refundable. Full payment terms, including our restart policy, are outlined on our Pricing page and are considered part of these Terms of Service upon enrollment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Session scheduling is subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule a session.
5. Client Responsibilities
By enrolling, you confirm that you are participating in this coaching program voluntarily and that you are responsible for consulting your own healthcare provider regarding any medical decisions made during or after your coaching experience.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching sessions, is the property of Eileen Coaching and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Eileen Coaching is not liable for any outcomes, health-related or otherwise, resulting from participation in our coaching programs. Coaching is a supportive service and does not guarantee specific results.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website or participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of any changes.
